Attendance Stats for the Current Season |
[ Home | Monday Nights | Tuesday Eastern | Tuesday Western | Wednesday Nights | Thursday Northern | Geelong Series | Wyndham Series | Past Events | Useful Links ]
This page provides prospective course-setters with access to attendance stats for each series in the current season. These statistics will provide an indication of how many maps to print. One must of course recognise that attendance varies considerably during the season, depending on all sorts of factors such as location, weather, schools attendance etc. Use the links below to get stats for your series, but also review the graphs below to get an indication of the variation possible. The safest way to determine map requirements is to firstly find the highest attendance in the series so far. Then add about 10% for newcomer growth (more if your event is the first school event for the year). Finally remember that you need approximately 20 extra maps for groups and the display of winners courses.
Currently 120 maps will usually be sufficient for all series except Tuesday and Wednesday Summer nights which need additional numbers.
